Minimum age 8 years old. Under 12s accompanied by a responsible adult 18+ years old (instructors count as responsible adult on instructed sessions).
Buoyancy aid or lifejacket to be worn at all times for all activities, except surfing.
Stay in the defined operating area.
Hirer to stay with their hired craft at all times.
Safety boat to be on the water and manned.
Safety boat is not for not coaching.
A second safety boat must be available at all times if required to support the primary boat.
Observe Ceredigion Marine Conservation Code of Conduct.
Dinghy and windsurf hire is at the discretion of the person in charge. Evidence of competency may be requested and hire may be declined.
Cardigan Bay Watersports reserves the right to cancel or terminate a session or sessions if there is an unmanageable risk.
